Birthday balloon garland from Kid's Concept. Some things are worth bringing out year after year, such as this birthday garland in the shape of a series of balloons. It is made of cotton with a soft polyester filling and designed to celebrate many more birthdays to come. One balloon has space to attach the number of years being celebrated. The numbers are secured with Velcro, so you can easily adjust them each year.

The garland comes with a small printed cotton bag to store the numbers 1-10, so everything stays neatly together between parties. Both ends of the garland are long enough to attach to a wall or stretch across the room, for example above the party table or along a doorway.
