This blanket is made from merino lambswool, not extra-fine merino wool. It therefore has a slightly coarser texture than Hvid’s other blankets.

Washing instructions:

It isn’t necessary to wash merino wool frequently. This fibre is self-cleaning. You can simply leave the blanket outside to air.

If you do wish to wash it, please hand wash it in lukewarm water at a maximum temperature of 20°. Always use a wool detergent when washing.

Machine washing is at your own risk, as the programme settings vary from one washing machine to another and we cannot therefore guarantee a good result. If you do try machine washing, we recommend using a special wool programme at 20° on a low spin speed. Always use a wool detergent and do not use fabric softener.
