Washing instructions:
It is not necessary to wash merino wool often. This fibre is self-cleaning. So you can simply air the booties outside.
If you do want to wash it, do it by hand with lukewarm water of 20° maximum. Always use a wool detergent for washing.

Machine washing is at your own risk, as each washing machine's programme settings are different and so we cannot guarantee good results. If you try machine washing, we recommend using a special wool programme at 20° with low speed.

As babies move their feet, the booties will fluff slightly after the first wear. You can remove the lint with a lint remover after about two weeks. The lint stops after a few wearings. This is a natural process in pure merino wool. Every baby is different and wear is always individual. Some babies wear the socks daily for months on end. Other babies move more and have faster wear.
